Cancellations

Payment

All reservations must be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer.

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation and modification

We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance for any reason.

• Cancellation 30 days or more before the activity: 90% of the amount is refundable or transferable. A 10% fee is retained.
• Between 30 and 15 days before the activity: 50% of the amount is refundable or transferable. A 50% fee is retained.
• 15 days or less before the activity: No refund or credit will be granted.

Weather cancellation

If dangerous conditions prevent the outing (strong winds, storm, etc.), only the captain can decide on a postponement or cancellation.

A full refund or postponement will then be offered (subject to availability).

Rain, moderate wind, or general bad weather do not constitute a cause for refund.

• If a half-day is possible, the outing will be shortened.

Early return

• If the outing is interrupted for safety reasons and less than 75% of the planned duration has been completed, a partial refund will be granted pro rata.
• If 75% or more of the excursion has been completed, no refund or credit will be granted.
• The captain is the sole judge of safety conditions. An early return requested by a client (seasickness, discomfort, etc.) does not entitle them to any refund.
