Cancellation Conditions
FishOn Aventure
1. General Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the client
30 days or more before the activity
→ Full refund or complete transfer of the reservation.
Between 29 and 15 days before the activity
- → 50% of the amount can be refunded or transferred.
- → The remaining 50% is non-refundable.
14 days or less before the activity
→ No refund or credit will be granted.
2. Specific Conditions
Weather Conditions
Safety being a priority, the captain reserves the right to cancel or postpone an outing if conditions are deemed dangerous, including:
- •strong winds
- •storms
- •rough sea presenting a risk
In these cases:
→ A full refund or postponement will be offered subject to availability.
⚠️ Important:
Rain, moderate wind, or cloudy conditions do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
3. Safety and Behavior
The captain may end the excursion without refund in the following situations:
- •dangerous behavior
- •non-compliance with safety instructions
- •attitude compromising the safety of the group or staff
4. Important Notes
- •Clients must arrive on time at the meeting point. Any significant delay may lead to cancellation of the outing without refund.
- •Participants must wear the provided safety equipment and follow instructions at all times.
- •The captain remains the sole competent authority to judge safety at sea.
