Choose one of our four daily departures – 5:00 am, 9:00 am, 1:00 pm or 5:00 pm and embark on an outing tailored to your schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the client
- •30 days or more: Full refund or complete transfer
- •Between 29 and 15 days: 50% refundable or transferable, 50% non-refundable
- •14 days or less: No refund or credit
Weather Conditions
In case of dangerous conditions (strong winds, storms, rough sea), the captain may cancel or postpone. Full refund or postponement offered.
⚠️ Rain, moderate wind, or cloudy conditions are not valid grounds for cancellation.
Safety and Behavior
The captain may end the excursion without refund in case of dangerous behavior or non-compliance with safety instructions.
